PRAIS: Programme for Agricultural Information Services
The Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Co-operation (CTA), based in Wageningen, with the libraries of the University of the Orange Free State and the Agricultural Research Council (South Africa) sponsor a regionalised agricultural information service for Southern Africa countries (Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe).
Requests for information can be sent by mail, phone, e-mail or fax. PRAIS will search relevant electronic and computerised databases on CD-ROM and on the Internet. "Information will be sent in the form of full text articles and lists of further references."
